A discovery and introduction network
INPLAY is a curated network for discovering business opportunities and potential counterparties. It is not an open classified advertising service, job board, or promise that any opportunity, introduction, financing, or transaction will occur.
No brokerage, agency, or professional advice
Unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise, neither INPLAY nor Wildhorse Ventures acts as your broker, investment banker, securities intermediary, agent, fiduciary, attorney, accountant, tax adviser, or financial adviser. Submitting information does not create a client, advisory, agency, fiduciary, or confidential relationship.
No securities offering or capital solicitation
The website does not offer or sell securities, solicit investments, handle investor funds, or provide a platform for securities transactions. Any future opportunity involving an investment, financing, or ownership interest must be evaluated separately with qualified legal and financial advisers and handled through an appropriate process.
Wildhorse Ventures may participate directly
Wildhorse Ventures operates INPLAY and may evaluate an opportunity for its own account as a buyer, investor, operator, or strategic partner. That creates a potential interest separate from the general marketplace function. Wildhorse should disclose its role before receiving transaction-sensitive information or pursuing its own participation.
Private review is not confidentiality
Submissions enter a private administrative review queue and are not automatically published. However, the intake form is not a substitute for a nondisclosure agreement. Do not submit trade secrets, customer records, detailed financial statements, or other highly confidential information until an appropriate process and protections are in place.
Eligibility and moderation
We may accept, decline, request changes to, or remove any submission. Business Assets must be commercially meaningful packages and require administrative approval. Individual tools, isolated vehicles, miscellaneous equipment, and low-value asset listings generally do not qualify.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for your own diligence before pursuing an opportunity. Participants should independently verify financial, legal, operational, environmental, tax, licensing, ownership, and other material information and retain their own professional advisers.
