Information we collect
When you submit an opportunity or inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, contact information, location, industry, general revenue range, role, opportunity type, and description. We may also receive ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review an opportunity, understand demand on INPLAY, contact you, evaluate possible matches, administer the review queue, protect the service, and improve the marketplace. Wildhorse Ventures may also review a Wildhorse Direct Inquiry to decide whether it has an interest as a buyer, investor, or strategic partner.
How information may be shared
Submissions are not automatically published. We may share limited information with a potential INPLAY participant when there is a credible reason to explore a fit. Sensitive or identifying information should be shared in stages and only when appropriate. We may also share information with service providers that help host, secure, or operate the site, and when required by law.
What not to submit
Do not submit customer lists, account numbers, Social Security numbers, payment information, detailed financial statements, confidential transaction documents, health information, or other sensitive records through the initial intake forms.
Retention and security
We intend to keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the review, relationship, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Access to the administrative review queue is restricted. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions. Email info@inplaymarket.com and identify the message as a privacy request. We do not intend to sell personal information or use submitted opportunity information for targeted advertising.
Children
INPLAY is intended for adults and business use. It is not directed to children under 13.

This notice may change as INPLAY develops. Material updates should be reflected here with a revised date.
